Saikyo is the capital of Gurenn and, with a population of 10 million, Gurenn's largest city.

It became Gurenn's capital in 1600.
Geography
Saikyo is centered to the west of Gurenn.
Economy
The city has a strong local economic base, especially in the insurances industries. Hoken Insurances have their headquarters here.
Places of interest
Saikyo lies at the foot of Mount Fukyuu.

It is ruled by the Emperor of Gurenn, Giovanni Nnelg.
