Serelian is a large Swilatian city, and the capital and largest city of Swilatia's Khenas Province, and also the heart of the province, as it holds most of the population.
The city is mostly for its sharp differences from most other Swilatian cities, as being located on an island forces the city be very compact, and expand only upwards. The city is also much cleaner than other Swilatian cities, due to strict "environmental" regulations. Besides these differences, the city is also known for being the host city of the first WorldVision song contest, and for having the only real Chinatown in Swilatia.
The city is twinned with Ariana, Cookesland and with Merano, Zwangzug.
