Serelian is a large Swilatian city, and the capital and largest city of Swilatia's Khenas Province, and also the heart of the province, as it holds most of the population. The city is very diferent from most Swilatian cities, and very compact, as being located on an island forces the city to expand only upwards, not also outwards as it is often seen in many Swilatian cities, especially in Vilvek.
Aside from its sharp differences from other Swilatian Cities, the city is also known for being the host city of the first WorldVision song contest, and for having the olny real Chinatown in Swilatia.
The city is twinned with Ariana, Cookesland and with Merano, Zwangzug.
