"The Glorious Democratic States of the Hard-working and Intelligent People of the Great and Glorious Union of Shinobi Villages" (Also known as:The Democratic States of Shinobi Villages, DSSV, The Glorious Democratic States of the Hard-working and Intelligent People of the Great, Peaceful and better than Korea Glorious Union of Shinobi Villagesis a humble and seretive nation founded in CY. Kon 27, 2881 (Nov 27, 1990, Juche 79, SD 3655.3) after the successive conflicts involving space, space-time and dimensions, in which a number of refugees-turned-militaristic nomads setttled in the realm of NationStates to establish their own sovereign nation after years of wandering through space and time. The founder and first Czar-Sekjen is disclosed to the rest of NationStates due to excessive secrecy snd suspicion. Tis humble country boasts a population of 93 million during it's last census. Overseas workers and agents have stated that the Shinobi Union has a population between 900,000 to 5 billion people, but this are only exaggerated numbers or even bluffs. Shinobi Union's largest city is Sparrrow City, which is also it's political capital. It has a population of 1.3 million . It's industial capital is kota-Ryŏngryang where barter trade stations, banks, and farmlands are a common sight. The country is host o the military capital of New Konohagakure. The military assets of the country are based here, including the nin army, and the Warrior's Party headquarters.
