"The Glorious Democratic States of the Hard-working and Intelligent People of the Great and Glorious Union of Shinobi Villages" (Also known as:The Democratic States of Shinobi Villages, DSSV, The Glorious Democratic States of the Hard-working and Intelligent People of the Great, Peaceful and better than Korea Glorious Union of Shinobi Villages is a humble and harmonious nation founded in CY. Kon 27, 2881 (Nov 27, 1990, Juche 79, SD 3655.3) after the successive conflicts involving space, space-time and dimensions, in which a number of refugees-turned-militaristic nomads setttled in the realm of NationStates to establish their own sovereign nation after years of wandering through space and time. The country is located south of the continent. It's National Ensign(flag) and coat of arms signifies the history of the nation. The founders is the First People's Assembly. This humble country boasts a population of 93 million during it's last census. Overseas workers and agents have stated that the Shinobi Union has a population between 900,000 to 5 billion people, but this are only exaggerated numbers or even bluffs. Shinobi Union's largest city is Sparrrow City, which is also it's political capital. It has a population of 1.3 million . It's industial capital is kota-Ryŏngryang where barter trade stations, banks, and farmlands are a common sight. The country is host o the military capital of New Konohagakure. The military assets of the country are based here, including the nin army, and the Warrior's Party headquarters.
Geography and Climate
Shinobi Union's land mass is 230 square miles. The North Frontier has been off-limits to it's population until the Czar-Sekjen see's fit to explore it. It is bordered by the Lissepian Ocean to the east, Simbajon Ocean to the west, and the Orillian Ocean to the Southeast. Further south from the nation's coast is a frozen wasteland which remains unexplored to this day. Shinobi Union has two distinct mountain ranges, namely the Kristavalero Ranges to the west, and the Rising Sun Ranges to the east. This have been claimed to have enormous contents of uranium and precious metals and stones during expeditions. Between the mountain ranges lies a vast plateau that gives way to desert, due to the mountains blocking all the moisture that reaches land. The Sand Village is one of few inhabited cities in the desert region. In the east and west costal regions, the climate is mildly tropical, while the southern half of the country is temperate all-year round.
Government

The Government of the Shinobi Villages is a "Federal Unitary Commune". It is governed by The Czar-Sekjen who is elected once every 10 years by the Supreme People's Assembly. The Czar-Sekjen also holds the title of Commander-Fuhrer in times of war, and also the Presidial General of the Supreme People's Assembly. The government strictly goes by the Constitution and the Bible. For diversity, factions and parties are allowed. There can only be up to five political parties or factions in the Supreme People's Assembly at a time.
