The Empire of Symenon was once an ever changing number of petty-kingdoms which were forced into a single Empire under the iron hand of Emperor Cleon I over a thousand years ago. The Empire has endured in a chain of Emperor's who are all descended from Cleon I.
The city of Rhye currently serves as the Imperial Capital.
