Facing the constant danger of an extremely dangerous prisoner escaping the island and springing, the Usukagi Barracade Walls, which would later become a war altering asset, were built by the Taevri Government around all cities, towns, and villages, and most of all the Capital of Narau.  Unfortunatly during a Tsunami, July 14, 1842, the Penal Colonies north of the islands were washed away. Unfortunate still is the fact that 80% of the prisoners survived.
