New Name Needed

I'm pretty sure these are wrong. Struggling is a better economic state than both Weak & Fragile, while Widely Abused is the highest category for Civil Rights (and nigh-on unattainable). Anyone concur? --Ecopoeia
- Yes, I'm not sure why Czardas changed Struggling, but you're right. Widely Abused and Frightening in Political have ping-ponged about, but I'm going with Scolopendra for the minute, who puts Widely Abused as highest.
