Wrong title?

“The Rejected Realms” would normally be capitalized at the start of a sentence, would it not? The region page on NS capitalizes it, and similar terms start with a capital letter in the article when at the start of a sentence (“The Realms,” “The RRA”), so why is the article title considered incorrect? —Commerce Heights (talk) 08:39, 15 January 2006 (GMT)

I believe that the region page capitalizes it for the same reason NSwiki has to — but look at the title bar of your browser, where it is not capitalized. I'm not sure, but that might be the justification. → Ceo \ squawk 16:07, 15 January 2006 (GMT)
Note also the contents of the NAME element in the regional XML: http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/regiondata.cgi/region=the%20rejected%20realms --Safalra 17:03, 15 January 2006 (GMT)
This all supports the (accurate) claim that the Rejected Realms is the correct form for most uses, but it becomes The Rejected Realms at the start of a sentence (or, in this case, title) just as much as it becomes THE REJECTED REALMS instead of tHE REJECTED REALMS when set in all-caps. Similarly, List of Capitalizt cities is not an incorrect article title, even though list is not a proper noun in this context, and the article would normally be referred to as a list of Capitalizt cities. Unless, of course, you’re volunteering to put {{wrongtitle}} on every article with a title that is not a proper noun. You could start here on NSwiki, but when you’re done, you should probably make similar changes on Wikipedia. :P —Commerce Heights (talk) 04:59, 16 January 2006 (GMT)
