The Disputed Territories of The Cyberian Plains is always at war with itself. Their on-going joke of 'every five minutes, their is a coup' isnt far from the truth. People are so used to it, that there is a famous incident where then-leader Cyver Tyme actually lead a coup against himself, succesfully ousted himself, and put himself in power again.
