Iraq was in turmoil and a New Dictator was installed. Shaddam Huessien. He Renamed Iraq to be the Glorious Empire and soon began reforms.

The Dictatorship of Shaddam Heussein has been described as the same as Saddam Huessin. He acted in the Same ways that Saddam Hussein did and used the same methods of control.
