The Holy Empire of Lord Blues

The Holy Empire is an upstart, landlocked, nation, with a population of 6 Billion, and few political freedoms. It is quickly seeking out alliances, and attempting to make itself known on a national scale. It's military is relatively small, but highly trained, and it's supply lines well maintained. Farmed Goods, Electronics parts, Livestock, Uranium, and Military Technology are it's main exports, and it's main imports include pharmaceuticals, and fish. The government is a contrived system of Blues handing orders down to His aide, who sends the orders to the appropriate Head of Department's aide, where it is passed to the Head of Department, as such, very few have ever seen Blues face to face, and rumours among the people are that Blues' orders are being changed by his aide, or even that Blues has died, and his aide has taken over, as his orders seem to be slightly different than usual, as of late...
