The Founding
The Mythical Puma was founded by a large group of people who had banded together while fleeing a variety of various totaltarian countries. They discovered and unclaimed land and declared it theirs.
The Constiution
Their Constiution is still being written by a small group of elected people. There are rumors that an attemt at a direct democrcy will be attempted, making the citizens both excited and fearful.
