The North Pacific Guardians (previously known as The North Pacific Government) arose from a community which formed in the wake of Pixiedance, at that time controlled by Insane Power, stepping down from the Delegacy of The North Pacific. (The forum had been the home of the regional government during his Delegacy).
Many of those who remained on these forums feel that the current government is not acting democratically. They believe that the to allow universal participation in the regional government forum (as advertised in the WFB), by their increasingly restrictive practices and biased moderation on that forum.
The forum claims to uphold the rights of all natives of TNP and their right to free speech, regardless of whether that disagrees with the government.

Fulhead Land has announced his Cabinet as follows:

TNPG Membership
Formal membership of TNPG is not a prerequisite for participation. However, those wishing to become members can do so by taking a simple membership oath. The place to do that can be found here. Acceptance is automatic provided you have a nation in TNP (which need not be UN) and you have read and agreed to abide by the terms of the Charter.

May 1: Insane Power creates s9

May 11(approx): Insane Power Declares state of emergency and relieves Stars of Sky from Ministry position
May 15: Shoeless Joe is proclaimed Director of External Affairs
May 17(approx): AlHoma is Proclaimed Director of The Community
June 6(?): Lungwallabad becomes delegate
Sept 5th: Poltsamaa is elected first President of TNPG
Sept 16th: Poltsamaa resigns and is replaced by Fulhead Land
