The Resurgent Dream, one of two realms that make up the Empire of Mists, is a fae kingdom long ruled by the lords and ladies of dream. Relying solely on magic and the most basic of rudimentary technologies until very recently, its people are still learning to make their way in the modern world. While it has many friends, the Resurgent Dream is very hesitant about formal alliances of any kind, preferring to base its relations with the world on less legalistic bonds.
Agwene of the Resurgent Dream has recently ascended to the throne of the high queens. Under her rule, rapid modernization has taken place, largely due to newly forged ties with Akaton.
