Overview

The Community of Trotsgrad is located in The Sunbelt. Trotsgrad is a huge, safe nation, notable for its compulsory military service. Its compassionate, cynical population of over 325 million are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Social Welfare, Education, and Defence. The average income tax rate is 61%. A large private sector is led by the Book Publishing industry, followed by Cheese Exports and Arms Manufacturing.

Torture is illegal, the government is spending millions on renovating the public transportation system, school uniforms are compulsory, and all alcohol is banned. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Trotsgrad's national animal is the wolf, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Marxic.

Trotsgrad is ranked:

  • 2nd in the region for The Largest Cheese Export Sector in The Sunbelt
  • 3rd in the region for The Largest Basket Weaving Sector in The Sunbelt
  • 4th in the region for The Largest Insurance Industry in The Sunbelt
  • 6th in the region for The Most Income Equality in The Sunbelt
  • 7th in the region for The Largest Agricultural Sector in The Sunbelt
  • 10th in the region for The Nicest Citizens in The Sunbelt
