The Tudor Oblast is the seventh largest oblast in Coocoostan. It is located in the north-central portion of the county and is bordered by the Coocoo Autonomous Oblast,Ondakastan and the Capital Oblast. The oblast is centered, literally and figuratively around Starlight City, where the bulk of the oblast's people live.
Geography
Starlight city is typically urban, with several skyscrapers in the northern part of the city. The outlying areas have the smaller suburban city of Brackett, the military town of Bornsville and several other small towns in a desert setting. The area is somewhat mountainous and the roads and rails of the oblast reflect that by taking long detours around or over them.
Culture
Los Santos was the cultural epicentre of San Andreas as a nation and still is part of a strong regional culture. The region has a very strong music scene, with popularity all over the country, including genres such as Rap, Classic and Modern Rock. The city is also home to several bars and dance clubs. Off Track Betting on Horse Racing is also popular. Los Santos residents also thoroughly enjoy fast food, with several popular chains in most cities and towns.

Universities
The Oblast is home to arch rivals Southern San Andreas University(SSA) and University of San Andreas Los Santos(USLS). As well, USA has a campus in the East Beach area of the city.
Transportation
Road
The area has a very highly developed road network, with Intrastate 1 starting at the Montgomery Intersection, before passing through Palomino Creek into the eastern section of Los Santos, with the highway becoming a four lane boulevard through East Beach, past the Los Santos Forum. The highway continues to the western edge of the city, past the Airport, where it passes into San Andreas, eventually arriving in San Fierro. Intrastate 2 runs from the southern link with Intrastate 1 at Los Santos International Airport, north, through downtown, with a massive interchange in the Mulholland area. It continues past Montgomery across into San Andreas, where it heads into Las Venturas.
Rail
Los Santos has two stations on the former National Rail system, the BrownStreak. Unity Station is five blocks south of City Hall, while Market Station is located underground in the western half of the city.
Air
Los Santos International Airport is amongst the Largest in the country. Juank Air offers flights to Las Venturas and San Fierro, while national carrier Coocoostan Airlines flies to Aubrey as well as Coocoobad, where it links to the main national network. Air Kelssek also flies from several cities, including Kirkenes.
