The Rogue Empire of Underwater Asylum is a member of the ESUS, often misunderstood and threatened. Despite their courageous actions in the Shivan war, which resulted in 90% casualties on their part, in order to delay the Shivan advance. Their leader, Emperor of the SCC, Saa'molaas, was killed, and a long standing, respected military advisor elected. The Red Blade Syndicate is currently an active threat. Due to the arrogance of several ESUS member nations, UA is currently refusing to communciate with all ESUS member nations.
