Notice from the Arbitration Committee

By order of the Arbitration Committee, this user is forbidden to edit Knootian independence and Utrecht without explicit permission from User:Knootoss until 00:40, 26 April 2004 (UTC), and is further forbidden to edit Der Angst without explicit permission from User:Rezo until such time. Additionally, this user is prohibited from editing any article describing the history of a nation or the nation itself in such a fashion as to suggest that the nation in question is related to any real-life nation, or the history of the nation in question is related to any real-life event or events, without the permission of the player behind the nation, for an indefinite period of time. If he does so, please immediately revert the edit and inform a sysop.
