Edit of Liverpool England

Hi, Eddie. If you don't mind, I'd prefer it if no one except me or the Sysops edited my nation's entry in the Wiki. Thanks. Liverpool England|Talk 09:52, 6 Mar 2005 (GMT)

Hey there, unfortunately for you, I have as much right as anyone to submit my articles. I do not appreciate the way you have phrased your reply to me. I know it was a small mistake, however you could have informed me on my talk page. Thanks again. Liverpool England 09:59, 6 Mar 2005 (GMT)

I'm not angry at you, nor will I revert the edit. However, I do feel that perhaps you should give some kind of heads-up in the future. I won't pursue this further. Liverpool England 10:12, 6 Mar 2005 (GMT)

Correction

Perhaps I will revert the edit... I come from a country that uses the British spelling, not the North American. Please take that into account when editing others' articles. Thanks again. Liverpool England 10:23, 6 Mar 2005 (GMT)

Since both spellings are considered correct, I personally make a point in favor of not editing to enforce either pro-American or pro-British spellings and would advise users (in a friendly, completely unofficial way) to do the same. It usually only annoys people. --Goobergunch|? 22:32, 12 Mar 2005 (GMT)
