Links in resolution text

I removed Wikipedia links defining 'Open source' and 'Freeware' from IT Education Initiative (removed) and place them in a separate section. I think it's good you provided definitions for those who don't understand them, but I don't feel we should do so within resolution text, even in the form of links, as this function is not available in the actual resolution. Feel free to make your case if you think we should reinsert them, though.Gruen2alk 00:21, 7 November 2005 (GMT)
