:Mik, every time you create a page, go visit a few other relevant pages and link back to it.  Otherwise, you end up with either an ''orphan'' or ''dead end'' page.  Check out [[Passed UN Resolutions]], and have a look at what I did with [[Rights and Duties of UN States]].  Seems to me you've got a few that could be enhanced in similar ways. :To be honest, I can't be absolutely sure why they were originally created, but I strongly suspect that I or whomever started that section of the entry was trying to have every other line its own color in order to make the table easier to read.  The gray color formatting should be removed though.  Actually I think the article could be worked on a bit more -- but my immediate concern are the UN resolutions.  [[User:Mikitivity|Mikitivity]] 17:38, 31 October 2006 (GMT)

To be honest, I can't be absolutely sure why they were originally created, but I strongly suspect that I or whomever started that section of the entry was trying to have every other line its own color in order to make the table easier to read.
