West Helghast

West Helghast is one of the disputed territories that arose after the fall of the Royal Helghan Empire in 2236. For more information on the history see the Royal Helghan Empire.

West Helghast is in a perpetual state of war with the other 3 disputed territories of East Helghast, Northern Helghast and most recently, South Helghast. Initially, South Helghast was a strong ally to the West but recently their alliance has fallen apart and West Helghan troops assisting South Helghast defend their border with the East have been removed.

West Helghast is a dictatorial state with a strong economy and few political freedoms. However, most West Helghans believe in their leader, Arcturus Fenix. He liberated their people from Rex in the East after the occupation. As 97% of people in West Helghast are New Revisionists, they are untrustworthy of the Northern peoples who's religion still follows the ancient tradition of the Orthodox Revisionists.
