The Whitelakean Confederate States of America is a federal constitutional republic comprising two states and eighteen confederate districts. Whitelake was formed in 1865 after the fallen of the Confederation. The troops of the two last confederate states(Commonwealth of Virgania and Eagle State) stopped union troops in April 30 1865 at Richmond and sign peace with the USA in 10 August 1865. It is date of the "born" of Whitelake. The slaves had been liberated in 1882 after the "Cotton Revolt".

The end of "Gang's Anarchy"(2006)
There was anarchy in Whitelake since 1987. The country was the booty of the warlords, who owned their own private armies. The capitol city was captured by several criminal gangs. The Whitelkae Armed Defense Forces fought against the gangs and the warlords, but it wasn't enough. In 2006 Peter (William Paul) Eaglecastle the supreme commander of the army decided, that he will take the control and crack down with the anarchy. In 19 September 2006 the Whitelake Armed Defense Forces(National Army, National Guard) and armed citizen's groops(including the fabolous "Suburban Commando" and the "Guard of the Southern Cross") under leadership of Supreme Commander Peter W. P. Eaglecastle marched into the capitol city. In the ghetto they attacked by the armed gangs, but the weel-equipped army forces crack down with the enemy. In the inner city the Police Forces join the "rebels". In the Government District the army, the police, and the armed citizens attacked the Government's Property and Bodyguard. After the bloody battle the rebel forces captured the Presidental Palace the building of the Parliament and the Hall of Whitelake National Television. In the evening of 20 September, Eaglecastle declared himself the "Provisional President of Whitelake". Int the next morning 150 gangsters has been executed in the main street of the capitol city. The Amnesty International preotested and this time only the USA recognized Eaglecastle's leadership. But than everything changed...
