The Right Honorable Dr. Wolfgang Asbjørn Hayek, CL, CSM, CSI, CHS, PC, MRC, Ph.D., M.A. is the first and current Federal Chancellor of the Grand Archduchy of the United Realms of the Hamptonian Empire and leader of the Indepedent Progressives. Winning the Federal Chancellery in a landslide election, Hayek is the first popularly elected Head of Government in Hamptonshire's history. He has promised to return Hamptonian politics to the center however he has billed himself as an "Inclusive Progressive" and has already sought several crucial reforms in the Royal Congress.
