Beliefs

In the beginning there was nothing and then God came along mde the Universe. This made alot of people very angry. Then came the Earth and God made little blobs of goo evolve of millions of years into the humans and animals we are today.

Since Humanity is made in God's image and likeness Yestarians try to connect with their inner self to reach God. Their place of Worship are Shrines set up to worship the beautiful land God made so they are at the tops if mountains, lakes forests, etc. Pilgrims often leave Haiku with their intentions at these shrines and flowers are left as well.

The Great Shrine is located in Coricas, Cookesland and is where the Spiritual Leader lives.

The Yestarian holy land is the land around Lake Naika in Northern Cookesland where the first Spiritual Leader, Marinus I founded Yestarianism by saying how great it would be for everyone to nice to everyone else for a change. The lake contains natural waters believed to have healing qualities.

The Holy Book, Veuron's Book of Verse is believed to be the word of God written in the form of an Epic Poem. it contains Haiku, and sets up a basic guideline on how to lie one's life.
