The Greater Feline Tribes of Yetar are home to the anthropomorphic feline race of the Felinard. They reduce the influence of the state on the personal life of the individual to the absolute minimum needed to secure a reasonable safety, health, environment and education.
In Yetar, the core principle of liberalism "The freedom of the individual finds its boundaries only at the freedom of other individuals" is the benchmark on which all government activity is measured.
