The United Democratic Republic of Peace-and-Democracy is currently waiting for a citizenship application to go through (deadline for objections is the 7th September).

Constitution
The Constitution of UDR Peace and Democracy: Declared on Monday the twenty second day of the year 2005 AD. Definitions: Citizen: A person who was either born within the state, or has pledged to become a member of the state. Citizenship ONLY begins AFTER birth.
President: The person who is democratically elected to serve as Protector to the Citizens. He/She is then allowed to remain as President until either a) They resign or b) They reach the Universal Retirement age of 65.
1. Duties of the Citizens
1. You are an ambassador to our nation, you have a duty to wave the flag high, you may not speak against the nation.
2. You have the duty to act for good and not for evil. The laws are there for your own protection and guidance.
3. You have the duty to pay a small amount of money back to the Country - defined below under: TAX

There are now 5 laws in operation. Laws regarding immigration and Terrorism are being drafted up at the moment.
The Constitution was ratified on 22 August 2005.
