The Government of Xharn...
The United Military Regime is a Fascist military Dictatorship controlled by the Grand National Unity Party and by the Central Military Command. The head of the State is the Patron who runs the nation like the German Furher back in the days of WWII. This government has ultimate authority over everyone within Xharn. This is so they can handle the dangerous and corrupting foreign influences and radical and communist dissidents that threaten Xharn's very way of life. The United Military State of Xharn is highly Xenophobic of foreigners and is also extremely nationalistic. They emphasize that the state of the Union and the Fatherland is more important than the individual.

They are all memebers of the Grand National Unity Party. Thus insuring their loyality to the United Military State and their leader the ruling Patron.

The National Central Intelligence Agency: This agency is responsible for defending Xharn from foreign and domestic terrorists and dissidents. It is like a giant Gestapo like organization and has the ability to arrest and make people disappear they answer only to the Central Military Command. This organization is also known as the (N.C.I.A.)
The External Intelligence Agency: This agency is responsible for gathering intelligence upon foreign groups and foreign nations. They are responsible for all covert operations including intelligence, assassinations of foreign official's etc. They also answer to the Central Military Command. They are known as the (E.I.A.)
The Ministry of Foreign Relations: This is the department of the government that handles all foreign relations officially, Unofficially, and diplomatically. They train and use their division of diplomats and ambassadors to handle all their international relations. Grand Ambassador Gerald Namato heads this department of foreign relations.

The Kingdom of Xharn is a nation run by traditionly Monarchy that supports powerful bussiness organizations inside of the Kingdom of Xharn.
The Kingdom of Xharn has been around since the 1800's but did not open it's borders untill the first Xharnian Civil war fought between King Azure IV agaisnt his Barons. With the help of the international community. The Kingdom is also noted for it's war agasint Usea-Jason and for it's infamous Nuclear Program supplied by the Mob.
The King of Xharn Carl Von Ericson ascended into the throne after King Azure IV had desended into maddness and threatened a Nuclear war with the nation's of Xirnium, and Novacom, Yallak.
The Rolanda family (King Azure IV's family) was gunned down by X.R.I.C. agents and the Kingdom is in a minor civil war and the threat of war against Novacom is going strong thanks to Emp field around Xharn.
The Royal Xharnian Government is currently in a state of Civil Unrest while the Revoluntaries riot over the death of Azure IV and his family. The Royal Xharnian Military is currently fortifying the coastal area preparing for the Novacom Navy to strike thanks to Novacom's massive build up near the Xharnian Coast.
Do to the state of unrest a Armored Brigade of Abhrams Tanks was used to suppress a large riot in Xharnia. The International Community was enraged and nearly nuked Xharn for it's efforts in defending it's Royal Soverignty. There was peace talks with Novacom with the hope of establishing a peaceful realtionship and getting them to leave Xharn's coast however, The Novacom Ambassador proved to be to stubborn and war has nearly started.
Xharn however had one last hope with a submit started by the Nation of Vrak.
The United Holy Kingdom of Xharn is now currently under a Novacom invasion of the Coastal Area of Xharn with rumors of Novacom forces mind controling certain provincial capital cities near the coast.
The Resistance Movements are on the move with the People's Army of Xharn attacking the Northern Royal Military bases and instillations.
The National Liberation Army of Xharn is also on the move they are currently taking control of the city of Rova. In the Western Provinces of Xharn. They have yet to reveal themselves as a coup d'état force driven to take the Capital and place a National Socialist Government under Military control.
The National Liberation Army suceeded in a brutal and almost nightly coup they managed to overthrow the King and take power over the weak and failing false King Carl Von Ericson. The Coup De At forces proclaimed Xharn a new government. The Grand National Union of Xharn that has now proclaimed itself Xharn's ruling government and seeks international recongination by defeating Novacom's invasion force by any means possiable.
Xharn had been brutally crushed under nuclear weapons and Novacom invasion forces. The Union was forced to relocate to Irathria. This lead to a massive evacaution of the fatherland. The Patron Anton Von Bueron was assissinated and his second in command Choi Song became Patron of the Union.
The Patron quickly allled with Kraven during the Kraven Wars. Xharn for years stayed as a slave state slowly but surely rebuilding their military forces under Kraven currency. Kraven was eventually defeated and went into hiding forceing the Patron to take power again. Choi Song formed the United Military State and made yet another Military dictaorship. This lasted and peace has stayed however Choi Song had a heart attack. This means the Central Military Commmand has taken power. They have already proclaimed a new Patron Joseph Stormberg.

The United Military Regime of Xharn is a massive, economically powerful nation, renowned for its compulsory military service. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 1.947 billion are ruled with an iron fist by the corrupt, dictatorship government, which oppresses anyone who isn't on the board of a Fortune 500 company. Large corporations tend to be above the law, and use their financial clout to gain ever-increasing government benefits at the expense of the poor and unemployed.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, moralistic, pro-business government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defence, and Commerce. The average income tax rate is 100%. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Gambling industry.
