General Discription

A fiercely patrotic country living mostly in and around the lush forests that surround the land. Because of this they are an isolated country mistrusting of strangers and new things. Despite this they are still very technogically advanced in things that are neccesary for their survival. A massive majority of the small population are natives as immagration is frowned upon, the shreik religion is a modern form of paganism with an emphasis on enviromentalism and spartan living.

Business

Not liking interaction with strangers, the import/export business is virtually non-existent except for the bare essentials. Corparations were generally mistrusted until recently when captalism was banned following a soda strike (the major product of the old private sector).

The Advisor of Commerce is a general scapegoat for these economic problems and a hated figure of captalism. As such his identitity is protected after the former Advisor was killed by an angry mob when he proclaimed "Sure the forests are important but just think, if we cut down these trees we can get at the uranium which will lead to nuclear power and exporting to other countries for nuclear weapons. This will...." (he was struck by a rock at this moment and rendered unconcious). They are always called Advisor X. Commerce to protect their families and stop them being tracked down, they also never make public appearences instead having representives making speeches and announcements for them. They are usually put in bulletproof cases first or are heavily guarded by Security officers. Trade advisors are usually of a foriegn nationality as enviromentalism and a distrust of commerce are encouraged early in the schooling system, as such its hard to find a sutible candidate in the Sheik majority.

Military

Because of the odd state the economy is viewed in there is very little professional army to speak of as they can't afford one. Instead there are jobs which also double as soldiers should the need arrive. The army works as follows:

Criminals (can volunteer to serve instead of sentence): Loading, carrying, assistants, minor criminals can be Civilian-Privates, etc.

Civilian Volunteers: Can choose from above.

Wildlife Rangers/ Foresters/ Trackers: Scouts, reconnaissance, messengers.

Huntsmen /Security Officers/ People with firearms knowledge: Regular Army.

Master Huntsmen/ Professianal Army/ Tribesmen: Guerrillas, Special Forces.

Mechanics, Doctors, etc: Fill their own army percific roles.

The ranks are ordered as follows:

  1. Soldiers (have to take fire-arms course)
    • Civilian-Private [CPv]: (cannot take responsibility for any actions or lead anyone)
    • 1st Private [Prv]: (is part of a regular squad or leads a half-squad of 3 CPv if on track for promotion to SgPrv)
