Overview
The People's Syndicalist Commune of New Ronin, commonly known as New Ronin is a directly-democratic Syndicalist urban commune which lies on the easternmost coast of the South Coulumbrian continent, physically bordered by Segasaturn to its north, the Great Saturnia River to its southwest and the Eastern Ocean to its south.
Since gaining independence from France after a 29-year insurrection against the colonial forces of multiple colonial powers on 16 March 2004 and the overthrowing of the provisional government that was established by the strongest parties in New Ronin by the Roninese Syndicalist Union (RSU) on 24 October 2004, New Ronin has begun the difficult task of rebuilding, for its ports, homes, factories, schools, hospitals, roads, and railroads were completely destroyed by both the insurrection and the revolution.
