Raccoon City is a city located in the Menorcan midwestern, at the Arklay Mountains.
History
Raccoon City was founded in 1910 by a group of Mallorcan farmers who left Mallorca looking for new land to use as terrain for practising agriculture. In 1942, Raccoon City achieved the 15,000 inhabitants and opened it's new Art Museum, that was later turned into RPD's HQ. In 1968, the Unbrella Corporation established a research laboratory at the Arklay Mountains in Raccoon City. Unbrella's arrival to the city and the growth of the company, added to the tourism generated by the potential of the Arklay Mountains did that the population of Raccoon was passing of 30,000 in 1968, to 300,000 in 1999 and to 6,385,349 inhabitants in 2025 after the massive exodus of people from Fuchu Daiichi and Seyda when its governments fell into anarchy.
