Born in The West Pacific, March 3rd of 2003, the nation of Halmont is, and remains as one of the oldest nations in The West Pacific. Created in TWP when Commercial Affairs was UN Delegate, became member of the Atlantic Central Command/Atlantic Alliance (ACC/AA) March 5th 2003, while in the ACC helped maintain Commercial Affairs as UN Delegate for 2 more months, after the ACC decided to leave TWP. Responsible of naming Norion as the substitute of Commercial Affairs, because according to this nation, Norion had all the qualities of an ACC member without being an ACC member.
After Norion's 1 year run as UN Delegate of The West Pacific, and Berhampore was selected as new UN Delegate, Halmont, became Chief Justice.
He was part of the West Pacific Dominion, and because of his relation to this organization resigned his post as CJ after holding it for 15 months (5 terms) straight.
