The Empire of Risban was founded on November 12th, 1805. It is a large nation that holds great economic powers. It has undergone several transformations of government and is now more powerful than it has every been in the past. The Empire of Risban is very active in the international stage.
The nation of Risban was colonized some 3,000 years. The original settlers worshiped the most-commonly found creature in Risban, the scorpion. At first, this group of approximately 1,200 people existed peacefully as a religious order, worshiping the god of the scorpions.
