Frogan, officially the Commonwealth of Frogan, is a country in the region of Aberdeen, comprising of the Canberran Peninsula and the Great Southern Bay. Neighboring countries include Gaplet, Kimay Valley, and Nimsland to the north, and Prandon Island to the east. The nation has a global presence as a center of culture, economics, the upper-middle class, and high education.

The written history of Frogan begins in 1805. However, Frogan was originally a product of two mega-nations: Fronada and Polo. These two nations merged in hopes of recovering from the Continental Depression. This vast procedure commenced after the signing of the Canberran Amalgamate between King Frogman III of Fronada and King Shellbern II of Polo on January 1, 1805.

Frogan is currently on the verge of becoming of the of the world's leading industrialized nations. It has one of the world's most liberal economies and is a major international center of finance, R&D, and trade.

Frogan's government is a unitary constituional monarchy with a king and a parliament (called the Royal Frogan Parliament) appointed by the king and approved by the public. The nation's current leader, King Victor H. Frogman VII smoothly runs Frogan with Prime Minister Kevin C. Hwang.

Crime

Crime is a rising issue in modern Frogan. Primarily, organized crime and underground societies based in Frogan's major cities plague Frogan's society. The Mogen, Frogan's largest organized crime syndicate, has over 750,000 members operating in Frogo alone.

The Mogen is a group of large, underground society and organizations based in Frogan. They also operate in countries with significantly large Frogan populations such as Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Kimay Valley, New Zealand, Nimsland, Prandon Island, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

There are over 87 Mogen groups that are active in Frogan; some of them are no more than small, local street gangs. The larger groups, including the Hanba and the Yalge, are organizations of erudite criminals, mirror images of such similar western empires of crime as the mafia. Mogen activities include drug and weapons trafficking, money laundering, illegal gambling, car theft, and other forms of racketeering.

Gang wars are another rising issue in Frogan crime. More and more Mogen organizations are eager to display their power by eliminating other organizations or public, federal figures. On August 28, 2003, the Hanba organization assassinated police chief Samuel Yondale of Frogo to end his resilient plan to eliminate the Mogen from Frogo.

Organized crime has also lead to school violence. Teenagers employed by the Mogen regularly exhibit school violence also to show power for Mogen organizations. Teenagers have also been forming juvenile gangs, with belief they have backup from more formal Mogen organizations.

Street Racing

Street racing is a legal and popular activity in Frogan, primarily among youths and adolescents. It was legalized in Kebara vs. The Frogan National Department of Transportation of 1995. Street racing, as well as the import scene, takes place in empty, urban areas at night, where drivers with heavily modified vehicles race in low-density traffic. The accident rate for street racing has been surprisingly low in Frogan when compared to other nations (this was the verdict in Kebara vs. The Frogan National Department of Transportation of 1995).

The Upper-Middle Class

The upper-middle class dominated at least 92% of the Frogan population in 2005. Most people in this social group has occupations such as architects, engineers, professors, etc. In addition, the average annual household income in Frogan is US$125,000. The Frogan middle-class has a high-regard towards education and welfare. Powerful universities such as The [[National University of
