The Federation of Wrestica is a nation formed out of the remains of several small, upstart micronations. It has grown to become quite financially stable, yet it's civil and political freedoms still remain strong.
After being kicked out of the UN early on for a joke proposal, it's tax rates have plummeted, and citizens have enjoyed many new government education programs.
