Introduction
Background
In 1765 after a fierce war to get their independance from the Gehenna Tartarus government in 1763 The Family of Belmore's land was recognized as the new nation of The Fiefdom of The Belmore Family following the Treaty of Belmoria. During the 19th and 20th centuries, 25 new counties were added to the original 5 as the nation expanded across the Belmorian Islands and acquired a number of overseas possessions. The two most traumatic experiences in the nation's history were the Great battle for Hellzone (1961-65) and the War with Ghastt of the 1980s. Buoyed by victories in gaining many civil rights legistations, denied in Tartarus TBF remains the world's most powerful nation-states. The economy is marked frighteningly high thanks to, low unemployment and inflation, and rapid advances in technology.
