About Logopia
Logopia is a Constitutional Monarchy located in the southeast portion of the Isa continent in Wysteria. It bordered to the North by Hotrodia II (territory home to the Texas embassy in Wysteia. It is border to the west by The SouthEast and by the unclaimed territory I4. To the south and east, Logopia is bordered by the Lyr Ocean.
The Logopian Territory
Northwestern Logopia is dominated by the Magro Mountains, wich are sorrounded by the famous Logopian Evergreen Forests. This Forests extend close to 700 kilometers around the mountains, comprising most of the Logopian Highlands. To the east of the Evergreen Forestes, northern Logpia is dominated by the plains of West Auria and Eolia. The north east corner of Logopia is home to the Willowburg National Park as well as the Sugar Devil Swamps.
The Logopia river, born in the the southeast of the Magro Mountains, close to their geographic center, flows est for aproximately 600 kilometers, it then bends south and continuest its way until the Lyr Ocean. The southern parts of the Evergreen Forests are enclosed by the Logopia River and extend all the way south to Bajos del Sur National Park, home of the Pantanos Azules and an important tundra wildlife reserve.
The soutn of the Evergreen Forests is comprised mostly of plains and grasslands, wich end in the subartic region that dominates the southern Logopain coast.
Weather
Due to its very southern location and general lack of large bodies of water, Logopian weather tends to be cold and dry. Winters can be specially hard in the southern provinces. North and center Logopia generally enjoy a more benign weather, though only the lands irrigated by the Logopia River, and a small territory in the northern Blackwood River are fit for agriculture.
Natural Resources
The central plains of Logopia are generally too cold and dry to be fit for crops and cattle, however the valleys of the Logopia and Blackwood river allow sufficient production of grains and fruits. The cattle agricultural industry, wich is the cornerstone of Logopian economy is also centered in this valley, producing mainly sheeps and goats. Bovine cattle is generally not well fit for the Logopian weather. The northeastern coasts are rich in fisheries, providing the Logopian diet with its second source of protein.
Some mines have been discovered in the Magro Mountains, including gold, silver and copper to the south and uranium to the north. However pressure from ecological groups and the hard terrain of the mountains have prevented it's effective exploitaion.
Southern Logopia has an importan number of oil fields. Oil production usually suffices for domestic needs, but is not enough to make Logopia an important oil exporter.
History
Logopia sprang into existance on June 6th 2007. After a brief period in the Pacific, the Logopian government decided to move to the Wysteria.
Culture
Science, technology, and the arts are among the chief concerns of the logopian people. Or at least thats what recent polls have said. As a consequence, Logopia spends substantial amount of resources in educational, cultural and scientific endeavours. The Ministry of Education tipically receives around 30% of the national budget.
Politics and Public Spending
Logopian politics are mainly concerned with making Logopia a safe and lovely place to live. This is often at the expense of the military budget and spending in social welfare.
Income taxes are notoriously high in Logopia, often fluctuating between 50% and 65%.
Public spending is centered chiefly in Education, Healthcare, Law and Order, and Public Transport.

Political Subdivisions
Logopia is divided in ten provinces. The Logopian government is highly centralized. Thoug provinces have a certain degree of autonomy in sales taxes, education, and civil law, they are mainly administrative divisions of the central government.
From Northwest to southeast, the Logopian Provinces are:
Boralia
Cap:Black Valley
The northwestern province is home to a considerable section of the Magro Mountains and the EverGreen Forestes. There is some agriculture and limited Uranium mining near the city of Black Valley, the provincial capital. Despite it's access to the Logopia River, thre is no agriculture in southern Boralia, this mainly to the central government's staunch resistance to turn the Evergreen Forests into agricultural lands. The National Capital, Logopia City is located in the south east of this province. It is the second largest province, but population is mainly concentrated in Logopia City and Black Valley, leaving most of the territory practically unhabited.
West Auria
Cap:WhiteBay
West Auria is scarcely populated and very poor in national resources. It comprises a vast extension of the Central logopian plains, it is however scarcely populated. Economic activity in this province is dominated by fishing and centered in WhiteBay, the provincial capital.
East Auria
Cap:Willowburg
East Auria is located in the North-eastern corner of the Logopian Territory. As one of the eastern coastal provinces it has an important fishing sector. It is unique however in that it is home to Logopias smallest, but no less significant national park, Willowburg. This and the infamous Sugar Devil Swamps have also made the region an important tourist destination.
Eolia
Cap:Hurcon
Eolia is located in the center of Logopia. It is a vast bust moderately inhabited region. It has a small but important acces to the ocean, wich gives tha province its fair share of the eastern fishing resources. The province has limited access to the Logpia River to the southwest, this allows for some agriculture in that area. The main crops are weath and rye. Eolia, however is mainly known by the strong winds that continually sweep the plains. This has allowed the constructiof of the very important Hurcon Windmills, located in the northeast part of the province..
North Sturgia
Cap:Aroba
North Sturgia is located south of East Auria. It has the most important fishing sector in the country. There really is no much left to be said about this province.
South Sturgia
Cap:Queen's Port
South Sturgia is very similar to it's norther region. In fact both provinces are often said to be an image reflection of the other. Though fishing is a prominent activity in the province, South Sturgia's importance to the country comes from it's being home to Logopia's third largest city and second largest port city; Queen's Port. King's Port, located in the province of Pinares is in fact a larger city, though not so well suited to accomodate large vessels. Because of this, almost all international trade coming to the country enters through Queen's Port. The city is also important in that it serves as a distribution hub for products coming from the southern and northen provinces.
