Bùngöwhe, formerly known as Pinkeba or Bingeva, used to be one of the 5 provinces in the Chirachi Autonomous Community of Yuunli. It seceded on 2005-08-29, calling itself The Free State of Bùngöwhe.
Bùngöwhe is located in the extreme north-west of Chirachi, bordering Grosseschnauzer (N), Lankoin (E) and DataGenesis (W).
