As Pessoas is a peaceful nation that is a compulsory Consumerist State. It is a very safe nation to live in and has a wonderful environment. The nation's first space rocket -- sponsored by Pepsi and shaped like an enormous soda bottle -- is being developed, child labor has been outlawed, a ban on unsolicited cold calling in all forms is in effect, and space research funding has hit a recent high while several military bases are being closed down. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is well under control, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. As Pessoas's national animal is the spotted fish, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the pesos.
