The C4™ Champions League is a Capitalizt football league, part of the Capitalizt SLANI League. Currently, it is the only division in the SLANI League. Due to an expansion of the league system, the Champions League will become the second level of the SLANI League in 106 CE, below the International Association Football League and above the Bluefox Axtra League.
History
The Champions League was started in 96 CE, then the only competition run by the Capitalizt SLANI League. It originally consisted of twenty teams, but later expanded to twenty-two and then twenty-four. The Sonoma Center Panthers have been extremely successful in the league, winning eight titles in nine seasons.
Structure
The Champions League consists of twenty-four clubs. Each team plays a total of forty-six matches, playing each team at home and away. League rankings are determined by points, goal difference, goals scored, and wins (in that order). The league winner is given the Capitalizt SLANI League title.
