Constable-General Coventina (created as 4700-6566-1947 on 4th July 1980) is the current Defence Minister of Aliquantus and is the highest ranking soldier of Aliquantus. Coventina was created in the city of Aliquantus by the LSE, the science establishment of the Aliquancian military. She survived the draconian training and when she was fifteen she was accepted by her trainer to join the Fightwine Military Academy and trained as an officer. After passing as a Lieutenant she rejoined the 6th Regiment, X Brigade. After four years and attending military collage again she became the top military officer. When she was twenty five Coventina was the first Adepta Spectrum soldier to be accepted to enter civilian Aliquantus and had been chosen as the next Defence minister. She was taken hostage wile outside the city gate, after being poisoned by the underground gang 'Man80' a radical group of around 300 criminal men who wanted her as an item to blackmail their way out of the country. After repeated beatings and abuse Coventina was found tied up and unconscious by Aliquancian soldiers after the military found and attacked the camp, she had been captive for over a month. She was airlifted and stayed two weeks in hospital, recovering from severe damage to her body, lack of aliment, temporary blindness and the drugs injected into her by her captors.

Only three weeks after her ordeal Coventina was due to be executed for failing to defeat her captors but was saved as she was the only capable soldier for the role of defence minister, she immediately transformed the Aliquantus Military from a defence force to fight overseas as part of a coalition and enlarged the capability to combat terrorism and insurgencies to stop the events that happened to her replaying. Due to her role, she was named by the Sovereign Family as Coventina, replacing her military name 4700-6566-1947, making her the first Adepta Spectrum soldier to be given a moniker that does not contain numbers. Coventina is an appointed minister she should have gained lordship as Lady Coventina but because she is not a citizen she is not entitled to a civilian title. As an Adepta Spectrum soldier, she is unable to enter civilian areas of Aliquantus. Adepta Spectrum training means she is incapable of many normal human functions such as emotion, fertility, social ability and has a military psychology. Coventina was taught several languages during training and speaks English, Eurasian, Latin, Aliquancian English and Afrikaans and is due to be allowed to visit a foreign country although she is limited to what she is able to do and will be under the constant supervision of the Aliquancian military police.
