Crazy Horses IV is a strong nation with many social and political ambitions. It is located in the region USK. CH4 has been USK's Military General, Recruitment Team, Delegate, Ambassader, Supreme Court member, Council Member and a key figure in the RLA. After the fall of Democratic-Midgar and Westminster, CH4 was created and after serious arguments with Rescatari and the region TPE he moved to USK
He is currently being put on trial by USK and has been unfarly banned from the RLA forum by Blackbird.
