The Dark Celene is rulled by a dictatorship government, which is rumored to be made only of undead skeletons. The head of the governemnet is known as Sadildir, but other then his name, very little is known about this mysterious person.

The backbone of the Dark Celene is its compulsory military service, which is the only way for a common man to gain any position of power. The civilians (women, those unfit for military service, and those who chose to quit the military after compulsory ten yeas of service) are despised by the government and majority of militarists alike; civilians are usually refered to as “human resources”, and women are often refered to as “breeders” instead (although many of them are working in addition to raising children). In any case, the civilians have a great deal of freedom (unlike the military, which requires strict discipline), however, their choice of work is limited with one government-run industry or another, and they have no real chance to raise above the level of a common worker.

The priesthood (which is wholy made of retired veterans), on the other hand, is widely respected by militarists and civilians alike, and only the ruling elite stands above them.

The Dark Celene’s religion centers around worship to three deities: Hextor, God of War and lawful, disciplined Evil; Vecna, God of Secrets and neutral, selfish Evil; and Erythnul, God of Slaughter and chaotic, destructive Evil. All three deities are feared and revered in equal measure.

In addition to these three deities, the priesthood recently started revering two people as saints: Goobergunch and Pacitalia.

Dark Celene's history

Shortly after being founded, the Dark Celene moved into the region of Roll the Bones. There, the Dark Celene was soon granted the position of Head of Defense, and also joined the United Nations in order to compete with the nation of the Malecki Clan for the position of Roll the Bones' UN Delegate. Although the Dark Celene was slowly winning the elections, despite being repeatedly befouled by the power-hungry Malecki Clan, the arrvial of a several new nations, including Aquatnis, changed the situation dramatically, and the Dark Celene was forced to endorse Aquatnis in order to prevent the incompetent and power-hungry Malecki Clan from assuming the position of Roll the Bones' UN Delegate.

Bitter over their failure to become Roll the Bones’ UN Delegate and unable to accept their defeat graciously, the Malecki Clan left Roll the Bones, getting even more bitter when no self-respecting region was willing to accept them as their UN Delegate. Starting with 27th June 2005, the Malecki Clan attempted to vandalize the Dark Celene’s NSwiki page a several times, though Sadildir was always able to easily restore the Dark Celene’s NSwiki page from the backup copy he keeps. On 30th June 2005, NSwiki Admins heard about this and put stop to the Malecki Clan’s vandalization attempts, denying him the right to cause the Dark Celene even a minor inconvenience. Praise be to Goobergunch and Pacitalia!

On 24th June 2005, the Dark Celene founded a puppet nation of DC Defense Cordon, whose purpose is to act on behalf of the Dark Celene as Roll the Bones' Head of Defense while the Dark Celene is away.

On 5th July 2005, the Dark Celene lead Roll the Bones’ first successful invasion, taking over the region of A Better Place, thanks to support of Roll the Bones’ glorious militarists: Gran Ambato and Luck and honour.

On 14th July 2005, the Dark Celene fought in another successful invasion, the one fought by the Warriors of the Nyx, leaded by World Dominators.

On 15th July 2005, the Dark Celene resigned from United Nation, though this doesn't mean the end of Dark Celene's military activilty. Now, instead of leading invasions personally, Dark Celene will use their puppets to do their work, and even when they are occupied elsewhere, Roll the Bones' glorious militarists will act on their own.

On 18th July 2005, the Dark Celene officially announced their successful (and brillinantly planned at that) invasion into Alliance of Getsisland; the invasion was lead by Dark Celene's puppet, New Exile.

Since then, Dark Celene used their puppets to aid two more successful invasions - into Allied States of Superiority and Assylum.

However, on 13th August 2005, Roll the Bones' founder, Racing Bowser left his region to fight for defenders' cause. This forced Dark Celene to resign as Head of Roll the Bones' Military, turning freelancer.

Dark Celene never ceased their military opperations, though, and since 15th 'till 16th August 2005, Dark Celene stood alongside with defenders to prevent other defenders from overtaking the Old Raiding Club.

On 26th August 2005, Dark Celene used a puppet to assist their former neighbor, The Constitutional Monarchy of King Luck (who also acted through a puppet), in overtaking control in Roll the Bones in the name of his new region, Lucky Strike.
