Dominicai

Dominicai is a small tropical island in LOUD. It used to be a member of the Greco Anglican Majority of Utz. Before that it used to be the UN delegate of the NEW WORLD ALLIANCE before the regions downfall in January 2006.

Dominicai gained its independance from the Communistic Commun in October 2005 Dominicai is an active member of LOUD and hopes to become Head of Recruitment.

Government

The Arch-Tyrant is a democratically elected Ruler, elected for a term of 3 years at a time. The legislative body consists of 10 representatives from each of the 5 States of Dominicai. The Arch-Tyrant appoints a cabinet of Sub-Tyrants who are in charge of various things (eg. Sub-Tyrant for Defense), these may not be an already elected representative and must be approved by a majority of Parliment.

The Nation is incredibly liberal with the democrat party (Similar to the American One)being the right wing party.

The Liberal Party is currently in power.The fifty house seats are split as follows.

Liberal Party: 20 Seats

Democrat Party: 19 Seats

Communist Party: 10 Seats

United Orangutans of Dominicai: 1 Seat (This is from a jungle Region of the State called

Quixote, the candidates name is recorded as ook eek).

Any citizen over the age of 5 may vote in Dominicai and also, according to ancient laws, any other apes wich make their own way into the polling booth may also vote.

Religion

The Predominant religion in Dominicai Forcism.This is a form of Christianity where the believers do not believe in an Anthropomorphic Personification of God but rather God as a Force (not unlike Gravity)which causes people to show things like Compassion and Remorse. This means that no worship is neccesary as this will not change anything.

Animals

Dominicais National animal is the Duck-Billed Platypus, a hghly protected species that is often kept as a pet. The Cat is considered very unlucky, but Magpies are incredibly auspicious, as shown in the following National Poem:

There are 5 states in Dominicai:

Mauris (The Capital City in the center of the Island)

Quixote(North East)

Communatei (North West)

Llamedos (South West)

Magpyria (South West)

Utzisan (Located on mainland utz)

Apart from the Capital the other big cities are the State Capitals which are all ports and contain the state Legislature of each state. Each state has a Consular Tyrant who is like a governor of the state.

Public Holidays

The 26th of October is Independance Day. Christmas is celebrated my most inhabitants. The 10th of January is GAMU Reunification Day. And February is Carnival. There is also founders day on the 30th June.

Empire

Dominicai was at first part of the Communistic Empire (Run from the Communistic Commun) but as you know, gained its independance. It had a small empire of its own but only one nation remains under its command (The Protectorate of Utzistan)all of the others have fallen into anarchy and are mostly destroyed.
