The Buddhist Utopia of Domino Muthaf- -ka is a massive, safe nation, remarkable for its devotion to social welfare. Its compassionate, hard-working, intelligent population of 4.885 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

Domino Muthaf- -ka is a hard region to classify. Its UN Category varies over time as a result of indecisive leadership. Generally speaking, and this is very generally, Domino Muthaf- -ka's leader takes the stance of benevolent Bhuddist hippie dictator (in that order). Domino Muthaf- -ka is a UN member and pretty much always has been.

Origins
Domino Muthaf- -ka came about as the result of a prank played by the leader to trick another nation's leader into believing that they were someone else completely. The prank worked and much hilarity was enjoyed by both parties, and so Domino Muthaf- -ka came to be.
Recent history
Having moved to Mushroom Wonderland, Domino Muthaf- -ka has been immersed in a world of drugs, dreams, and frequent disputes over religious leaders.
