The Buddhist Utopia of Domino Muthaf- -ka is a massive, safe nation, remarkable for its devotion to social welfare. Its compassionate, hard-working, intelligent population of 4.942 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

Domino Muthaf- -ka is a hard region to classify. Its UN Category varies over time as a result of indecisive leadership. Generally speaking, and this is very generally, Domino Muthaf- -ka's leader takes the stance of benevolent Bhuddist hippie dictator (in that order). Domino Muthaf- -ka is a UN member and pretty much always has been.
Environment
Domino Muthaf- -ka is geared towards efficiency, beauty and harmony with nature, or else. This is due in large part to the all pervasive influence of the nation's dictator. The population density in any one place is kept as low as possible and there have been many subsidies and tax benefits for any citizens who decide to return to live in the trees.
Government
All power is held by Domino Muthaf- -ka's dictator. However Domino Muthaf- -ka is run as a benevolent dictatorship as the citizens of Domino Muthaf- -ka have great personal freedom.
Elections
The last election of any meaning was held a long time ago. Now, if they are held at all, it is merely to "endorse" Domino Muthaf- -ka's dictator. However there are free elections that take place on a community level. The community leaders that these appoint are of course subject to approval by the dictator.
History
In brief
Domino Muthaf- -ka is an old nation that has recently joined Mushroom Wonderland. Domino Muthaf- -ka started its life in The Flying Neurologist League as one of the origional members, but over time this region flourished and then died. Domino Muthaf- -ka therefore moved to Mushroom Wonderland, along with Hampster Squared, Yjork and Inebriatedonkies, where it now lives happily.
Origins
Domino Muthaf- -ka came about as the result of a prank played by the leader to trick another nation's leader into believing that they were someone else completely. The prank worked and much hilarity was enjoyed by both parties, and so Domino Muthaf- -ka came to be.
Recent history
Having moved to Mushroom Wonderland, Domino Muthaf- -ka has been immersed in a world of drugs, dreams, and frequent disputes over religious leaders.
