In Brief
El Hefe is a moderate sized nation in the Amazon basin that espouses a mix of public sector capitalism and government socialism. Like many South American nations it has it's roots in colonial policy though it's roots are in the corporate colonial policy of the early 21st century. Corporate mining interests bought the area from the local governments. After years of egrious corporate policy there was a widespread worker revolt and the corporate government replaced by a communist council.
