He graduated from L'Charra's North Point Secondary School. While at D'uque University he earned a B.A. in history in 1993 and was commissioned as a second lieutenant. He then attended graduate school for an M.A. in modern Morindiran History while working part-time as a taxi-driver to fund his degree.
