The Gandaran House of Representatives is the unicameral legislature of Gandara and a part of the Gandaran Parliament. It is a democratically elected body which officially consists of 110 members, although the mixed member proportional system used in elections allows for the possibility of overhang. Representatives are elected to terms lasting until Parliament is dissolved (a maximum of seven years) and are called Members of Parliament or MPs. The Prime Minister and the Cabinet are choosen by and from the members of the House and are responsible to the House.

The Gandaran House of Representatives was established by the Constitution of Gandara Act passed by the Danaan Parliament in 2006.
